Customer Complains

In this dataset, I analyzed consumer complaints submitted between 2017 and 2023. A separate analysis was performed using Excel on this page, and Power BI provided additional insights. 

1. Mortgage has been the most troubleshooted product.

2. Trouble during payment process has been the most common related issue.
